Q: What is Google Drive?
A: It is an online Google platform where you can share documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with others.
Q: What are the benefits?
A: You can collaborate with others (usually by invites or sharing a file), and be up-to-date with changes made to the documents. All updated changes are immediately saved.

Instructions to creating a Google document
1. Log onto your school's email address here.
2. On the top of your email page, you should be able to find the word "Drive" next to "Mail." Click on "Drive"

3. Click on the red "CREATE" button (left of your screen) 4. Select "Document" on the Menu
5. Your screen should look like this:

Name:
Department:
Answer the following question:
Are you having fun, yet? Yes or No
6. When you are done, click the blue "Share" Button (upper right corner)
The following window should pop up.
7. Title this as "Google Drive Tutorial" and click "Save"

8. You should see the window below :
Type "May Ng" & click the green "Share & Save"

9. Click "Done" and congratulations, you've created your first shared Google document!
